The location was perfect for enjoying the
scenic coastline and local attractions. The charming decor added to the experience, yet the breakfast options felt a bit basic and could use some variety.

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
This vintage Inn offers stunning harbor views, but sadly reflects neglect in upkeep. My room had cracked plaster and peeling wallpaper. Plus, I encountered a rude proprietor, which soured the stay. If only they would invest in renovations and training, it could truly shine.

beautiful ocean view, charming Victorian decor, lovely gardens
The third-floor attic room felt cramped, with peeling wallpaper and a non-draining sink!!! It needs serious updates after 25 years of neglect. A little attention to maintenance would go a long way in enhancing the stay!!!

The beef dishes around here? Absolutely mouthwatering! Don't miss grabbing a bite at Virgilio's for some local eats. Plus, the welcoming vibe of the Inn made us feel right at home. John, the host, knows the area's hidden gems and was super friendly!
Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about—everything shined, from the cozy decor to the gorgeous ocean views. Even when windows didn’t have a view, the charm of the place was undeniable.

We had an awesome time here! Enjoyed sipping coffee on the sun terrace and lounging in the tranquil garden area while soaking up the vibes. Just a heads up, the stairs to our room were pretty steep, but it was worth it for the views! ☕

cozy stay with stunning views
Our room offered a magnificent ocean view that enhanced our overall experience. John, our host, provided us with valuable insights about local attractions, making our stay more enjoyable. The reasonably priced breakfast was stellar, especially the outstanding coffee that truly stood out. The garden view was a lovely added touch to the property, making it feel serene and inviting.
The location is somewhat tucked away, which may not be ideal for those looking for easy access to main roads.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the charming decor and beautiful harbor views, but the breakfast selection was disappointing and repetitive. I'd consider coming back only for the atmosphere.

missingWrote a review on Jan 27steep stairs
The room has a tight layout with no dressers—only a shelf and countertop for storage, which can be awkward for unpacking. The breakfast options felt basic, with store-bought cereals and cold eggs presented daily, lacking variety to enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, the stairway up to the 3rd floor is narrow and steep, making it a challenge when hauling luggage, especially after a long drive. I noticed the hot water in the sink took longer to arrive, adding some inconvenience during the morning rush. It would have been nice to see some updates to the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom for a fresher look.
